Kubrat's Testament for Children's School Dulo in Uganda Fund

A school for poor children in Uganda was built by the Bulgarian "Smile for Africa" foundation. The school was named DULO after the family name of a long chain of successful Bulgarian rulers - in honour of the collaboration with Bulgaria and for a long mutual aid.
