Techqueria is a 501c3 non-profit fighting for the representation, retention, and career progression of the Latiné community in tech. We offer the Latine Tech community with valuable opportunities inclusive of access to career fairs, networking opportunities, professional development programs and beyond. We achieve this by collaborating with companies and organizations that share our values. We do this by creating a community that becomes the safety net through relationship building, Ultimately, our community cultivates a sense of belonging and kinship — nurturing pathways to generational wealth, and prioritizing the holistic development of Latiné professionals within the tech ecosystem.

THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION IS TO PROMOTE AND SUPPORT LATINAS WORKING IN TECHNOLOGY IN THE UNITED STATES AND ABROAD THROUGH REGULAR MEET-UPS, SUMMITS, MENTORING SESSIONS AND OTHER EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES.
